A small sparkly sequin rainbow patch, iron or sew on.

Make sure the garment can withstand the heat. Preheat the area, place the patch and iron from the reverse with a slow circular motion, gradually increasing the heat until it sticks. Keep the steam off. Hand wash cold only, no bleach or harsh detergents.
