These terms apply to all orders placed on www.directopia.co.uk. The site is run by Directopia, 4 Blenheim Court, Peppercorn Close, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire PE1 2DU, United Kingdom. You can contact us at jenwaterson@aol.com.

Ordering When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. Your contract with us is formed when we dispatch your order. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment All prices are in pounds sterling and include any taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.

Products We do our best to show product colours and sizes accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Please check the size, quantity and colour carefully before ordering, as many items come in packs.

Delivery Delivery is covered by our shipping policy.

Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the site when you place your order is the one that applies.

Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
