Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within hours of being placed, and always within 24 hours.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery: FREE on all UK orders.
- Express delivery: £2.00.
Delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates once your order has been dispatched. Occasionally, Royal Mail delays can make delivery take a little longer.
Tracking
We'll email you when your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, it will be included.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us at jenwaterson@aol.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has been dispatched.
